Sessions are approximately one hour in duration and training can be scheduled (subject to availability) Monday-Friday 6am-8pm.and Saturday 8am-11am.

Gift Certificates
Give someone the gift of health and fitness with a Quantum Physiques Gift Certificate ideal for birthdays, weddings and anniversaries. Gift Certificates can be purchased for any of our services and training packages. The certificate can be (e)mailed to you, or directly to the recipient.
Payment
All sessions are paid for on a pre-pay basis. Payments can be made via online transfer, cash, or cheque.
A money back guarantee is available on all personal training packages of 10 or more sessions prior to your third session. If you decide that personal training isn’t for you for whatever reason we will reimburse you for the full price of your package.
Cancellation Policy
In order for us to effectively use our time we ask that you give 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment, a courtesy that we will also honour. Personal training sessions cancelled inside of 24 hours will be charged at the normal rate of a single session
