Quantum Physiques personal training takes a cerebral, holistic approach to achieving your goals. Through analysing your lifestyle, diet, basal metabolic rate and daily calorie expenditure we will set challenging yet achievable goals for you to strive towards. Changing body shape isn’t, alas, as easy as getting a haircut so motivation is a major factor. Quantum Physiques training creates focus through a combination of testing and tangible achievement results, variety of work out sessions, and the setting of realistic and ever changing short and long term goals.

The Process

  • Arrange your complimentary, no obligation consultation. Matthew will glean as much information needed to assess where you are, how you got there and where you want to go. General goals are established here and the first 4-6 weeks can begin to be mapped out.
  • The first session. At this point the first measurements are taken. Circumferential scores are taken at the arms, chest (men only), waist, thighs, and calves and a non invasive (bio-electrical impedance machine) body fat percentage result achieved. Height, weight and blood pressure are also taken.
  • Second Session. It’s time! The exercise begins with a workout that will aim to take you to 70% of your maximum and your strength, balance and fitness is assessed. These results will for the foundation of your first 4 weeks of work.
